MSgt Parise C. Owens

Master Sergeant Parise C. Owens is the Development Advisor to the Joint Base San Antonio Installation Commander, Command Chief, First Sergeants and Airmen concerning Air Force Retention, Retraining, Force Management and Force Development programs for 9 Higher Headquarters, 16 Wings and 266 Joint Mission Partners. In her role she advises 133 Air Force Specialty Codes on enlisted issues and updates, conducts site visits with 140 Commanders and unit leader, and utilizes human resources to guide members' careers and separation strategies. MSgt Owens oversees the First Term Airmen's Course program, directs Senior Non-Commissioned Officer Professional Enhancement Seminars, conducts informed decision briefings, and connects personnel to critical resources. Additionally, she coordinates with the Force Support Squadron, an array of Career Field Functional Managers, and the Air Force Personnel Center to address personnel actions and educate unit leaders on Air Force policies across three geographically separated locations. MSgt Owens' partnership with three geographic Airmen Development Advisors enables her to create, improve, and execute various professional development courses for 80,000 civilian and military work force across the 502d Air Base Wing.
